Graham is a leading M&A adviser with 2 decades experience as a “Big 4” Partner, and a doctoral researcher investigating the role of the dedicated corporate M&A function, and different organizations’ approaches to creating value from acquisitions

I have worked closely with clients on M&A transactions, strategic partnerships & joint ventures for over twenty years.

Over this period, I led due diligence and advisory projects on more than 300 completed transactions with an aggregate deal value of more than $330 billion.

I co-founded KPMG’s Mobility 2030 initiative, committed to supporting transformational change in mobility and realizing the benefits of autonomous, zero emission transport.

I also founded and led KPMG’s specialist Sale and Purchase Agreement Advisory team.

I’m currently studying for a doctorate with Warwick Business School, looking into aspects of the role of the dedicated corporate acquisition function, and how the experience and praxis of the actors in this role impacts the different sources of value pursued and realised by different types of acquirer.

I’m also working as a consultant in learning and development for Deal Advisory in professional services - both technical skills to deliver great deal advice, but also the management and leadership skills required to develop the next generation of succesful Deal Advisory Partners.
